Ever wonder what it’s like behind the scenes in a professional kitchen? It’s fun to get a peek inside, and Eddie Merlot’s is delighted to share this short video, posted by Indianapolis Monthly, on YouTube. It shows Executive Chef Son Tran creating the Barbeque Shrimp, which the magazine named one of Indianapolis’ most cravable dishes.
