Try our signature pineapple vodka

Vodka now comes in a range of flavors. It’s a great beverage for adding your own touch as it takes flavor well and mixes in many drinks. You can, of course, buy it with flavor already in it. We sell Absolut, Grey Goose and Smirnoff in our lounge.

But one of our very favorite drinks is an infused vodka one that we make ourselves. At every Eddie Merlot’s, you’ll see a large decanter filled with fresh, ripe pineapple and vodka. We let it marinate for a few days and offer it as one of our specialty drinks. We serve it as a martini with a pineapple wedge, or we can serve it a key ingredient in a mixed drink.

This is one of the signatures of dining in our lounge, and something we welcome you to try next time you’re dining with us off of our Prime Time Burger Menu or our weekday lounge menu (varies by location, but you can find all of the lounge menus here).

Every Monday through Friday, Eddie Merlot’s features appetizers, cocktails, and wine in the lounge for just $5.95 each, as well as the Prime Time Burger menu. In our Fort Wayne and Indianapolis locations, the hours for the lounge and prime time burgers are 5 p.m. to close Monday through Thursday and 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Fridays. In Columbus, Cincinnati and Louisville, our hours for this feature are 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our prime time burger menu is a great way to get a taste of the Eddie Merlot’s experience, and enjoy a few relaxing moments after a hard day at work. Hope you’ll join us soon – and try the pineapple vodka.
