Like all great hosts, we love to know when someone is coming to visit. We want to be ready for you. We’d like to have your favorite table reserved, set and ready for you and your friends.
That’s why we offer online reservations through OpenTable. If you visit our web site, and go to the reservations tab, you will see all five of our restaurants listed, and a red button inviting you to find a table. Once you click that, you’ll be taken to OpenTable, where you will have the ability to click a few more buttons and pick a time and date for your visit.
We’ve found this to be the easiest way for customers to let us know they’re coming.
You can make reservations directly on OpenTable, but most of our customers find it much easier to reserve a spot right through our web site, because it takes you directly to the right location of Eddie Merlot’s. If you visit OpenTable directly, it can be cumbersome to drill down to the right location.
Of course, we welcome you to make reservations by phone – which is preferable for many. If you like talking to a live person and ensuring you’re going to get what you need, this is the best option for you. It’s also a great way to communicate any special requests. We will ask you for an e-mail address when we make your reservation so we can e-mail you a reminder of the time and place of your reservation.
If you’d rather make a reservation by phone, here’s the phone numbers for all locations:
- Cincinnati, 10808 Montgomery Road at the I-275 interchange, 513-489-1212
- Columbus, 1570 Polaris Parkway at the I-71 interchange, 614-433-7307
- Fort Wayne, 14 and 24 at Jefferson Pointe, 260-459-2222
- Indianapolis, 96th and Keystone, 317-846-8303
- Louisville, 455 S. Fourth Street, 502-584-3266
Of course, we’re happy to accept walk-ins when we can accommodate you. But reservations are always best to ensure you get the table you want at the time you prefer. We accept reservations for any time that we’re open for any size party, and we’re delighted to accommodate large groups.
