Louisville Courier-Journal highlights lobster mac n’ cheese

The Courier-Journal in Louisville, Ky., has a nice service for the foodies who read the paper. The paper will seek out recipes for dishes, or attempt to replicate them, for fans who want to make a great dish at home that they’ve enjoyed in a restaurant.
