Our first Illinois location opening November 15

We’ve had a lot of calls, e-mails, posts and questions about our newest location, which is Burr Ridge, Illinois. We thought we’d give our loyal blog readers and Eddie Merlot’s fans the first peek. Burr Ridge, 201 Bridewell Drive, is opening Tuesday, November 15, for regular evening dining. We’ll have our full menu available.

If you’re new to Eddie Merlot’s, our menu centers around incredible steaks and fresh seafood. Our customers also rave about our sides, and we have an extensive list. Our wine list has consistently won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. We also have a more casual lounge with terrific burgers and small bites for that early dinner, after work time or late night crowd. Our lounge opens at 4 p.m., and dining room at 5 p.m.

We also happily and delightfully accommodate groups, which can include holiday parties, wedding receptions, bridal showers, business meetings and other similar events. We hope that you’ll consider booking with us. We’re not quite ready to accept reservations yet, but we will be soon.

To give you a peek at our new Burr Ridge location, we’re posting a few photos of the final stages of construction.
