Lunchtime in Louisville

Eddie Merlot’s only offers lunch once a year, and that’s NOW, during the holiday season. We find that lots of our customers look forward to it. It’s perfect for entertaining clients and friends with extra style. We can host a holiday party that takes all the work out of the holidays. (Note: our Burr Ridge location, which opened just a few short weeks ago, is not holding lunches.)

But our Louisville restaurant is going to break the mold. Our Louisville restaurant is different than our others because it’s in a downtown, rather than suburban, location. It is surrounded by office buildings, some highrise, packed with hungry professionals. We’ve gotten requests before we opened the doors last January to open for lunch in that location.

So we are. We’ll be staying open for lunch after the holidays in that location only. We were delighted to have Business First, the city’s venerable business weekly newspaper, pick up on this and run a story on it last week.

We anticipate the Louisville menu will be much like the menu that we have for our holiday lunches. It will have lots of options in entrees and a few decadent desserts for those who want to indulge a little bit more.

You can see the menu for the holiday lunches here: Eddie Merlot’s Holiday Lunch
