It may still be February, but at Eddie Merlot’s, we’re thinking spring! Join us for a terrific Prix Fixe menu that offers three courses for just $32.95. This menu makes its debut today (February 27) and will be available through April 22. Our newest location, Warrenville, IL, will be opening in March and may offer the special at a later date. We will will update this post when we confirm the date the menu will be available.

We’ve paired this menu with a lovely wine at a lovely price: Meiomi Pinot Noir California 2010 for $10 per glass or $39 per bottle.

The menu will be available at the dinner hour only (our Louisville location does have lunch available). If you’d like to enjoy this special menu with us, we recommend a reservation, as it is one of our more popular options.
