Classic Steakhouse Cocktails

As part of our Steakhouse Classics menu, which continues on through Sunday, we’re offering a selection of classic cocktails. These are the kind you’d see in your favorite retro-themed movies and TV shows. Don Draper has ordered an Old Fashioned or two on Mad Men, and Roger Sterling commonly orders a Gibson. Marilyn Monroe’s character, Sugar Cane, makes Manhattans in “Some Like It Hot.” All of these are on our list.

Dark and Stormy
Dark Rum, Ginger Liqueur, Ginger Beer, Lime Wedge

Gibson
Vodka, Dry Vermouth and Cocktail Onions

Hot Toddy
Whiskey, Hot Apple Cider, Lemon and Cinnamon

Manhattan
Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters and Maraschino Cherries

Negroni
Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth

Old Fashioned
Whiskey, Angostura Bitters, Sugar, Citrus and Maraschino Cherries

Sazarec
Rye Whiskey, Absinthe, Lemon, Orange Bitters and Demerara Syrup

Tom Collins
Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Soda
