One of our clients contacted us on Facebook and asked for a recipe for the Lucid Dream. This is a wonderful cocktail that we’re proud to offer at our restaurants. We’re providing the recipe as a service to the customer who asked, but also for everyone who is holding a holiday party and wants to serve something a little different. Here’s the recipe, Christopher Rose, hope you enjoy!
2 oz. Bombay Dry Gin
1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
.5 oz Chartreuse
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Splash of Demamara syrup
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Bombay Dry Gin, Lucid Absinthe, Chartreuse, fresh lemon juice and Demamara Syrup to cocktail shaker. Shake.
3. Strain contents into a martini glass.
4. Sip and enjoy!f
