The Shatter wine dinner menu

Shatter-red-glow-lab9A885FWe told you last week on this blog that we’re hosting wine dinners at each of our locations featuring Shatter, a relatively new wine collaboration. And we mentioned that we’ll post the menu when it is finalized. Well, here it is! We’ve still got spots left at this dinner and we’ll be happy to take your reservation. Don’t wait – these are likely to fill up!

The Reception

2011 Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc
Seared scallop with an orange ginger vinaigrette
Smoked salmon crustini

Second Course

2011 Joel Gott Unoaked Chardonnay
Sautéed shrimp on a bed of white bean passatina finished with extra virgin olive oil

Third Course

2010 Joel Gott Alkali Red 
Coffee rubbed lamb chop with a cauliflower puree and herb crumbs

Fourth Course

2011 Shatter 
Natural New York Strip served with buttered potatoes and Forestier Sauce

Fifth Course

2007 Dona Paula, Seleccion de Bodega, Malbec
Short rib finished with a hoisin demi-glace, sautéed mirepoix

The Finale

Assorted artisan cheeses, spiced pecans, and fig preserves
Fresh coffee service
