Holiday menu available through January 2

Each December, we prepare a  holiday menu designed to last all the way through New Year’s. This year’s holiday menu has some wonderful features. Read on for an overview.

Tournedos Forestière – 36
Bacon-wrapped filet medallions topped with mushroom shallot demi-glace

Farm-raised Elk Chop – 42
Farm-raised and naturally lean elk chop seasoned with Dijon mustard accompanied with roasted and fried fennel and mushroom Cabernet sauce

Bison Ribeye Steak – 43
12 oz. naturally lean and rich in flavor, grilled then topped with Maitre D’Hotel butter.

Tableside Dover Sole – 49
Sautéed whole Dover sole presented tableside with a garlic and lemon beurre blanc

Surf and Turf – 89
16 oz. bone-in Filet Mignon and a 10-12 oz. Coldwater Lobster Tail

Crème Brulee French Toast – 9

$16 by the glass; $60 by the bottle

Stone fruit aromas of nectarine and peach, inviting layers of orange blossom, crème brûlée, toasted marshmallow, fennel and hints of sweet vanilla oak.  Scrumptious.

2011 Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot
$21 by the glass; $78 by the bottle

This vintage has delivered a beautifully fragrant wine with layered aromas of blackberry, cassis, cinnamon cake, anise, cardamom, tobacco and mocha. On the palate, it is soft and smooth with blueberry and bittersweet chocolate flavors.

$21 by the glass; $78 by the bottle
Wine Enthusiast – 90 pts.

Fusing robust flavors of California’s native Zinfandel with the grandeur of Cabernet Sauvignon, the Z Blend embraces the best of both varietals. Unique combination results in a wine with rich, full fruit flavors abundant blackberry jam, bramble and holiday spice flavors.
